[Resolved] Celkon — There is a facing of hanging problems and bty heat up | |||
I had been placed an order of celkon 3.5"Android mobile from Home Shop 18 on 24/11/2014.Move has been sent on. My address by Home Shop18 by their order no[protected] via Ecom Express on same day which is delivered by Ecom Express on 26/11/2014 The cost of the Mobile is Rs.2599/which is paid by me. At the time of opening of mobile I found they their is an problem of hanging and the play store is not working and by is going heat up..In this connection whenever I complaint about these problems A complaint has been regd against my complaint under complaint no[protected] and told by the customer care in 48hrs and nocall back will be given by the customercare but no call back has been given by the HOME SHOP18 till date. Today on 28/11/2014 at 0634pm when ever I call to Home Shop18 there is no sufficient reply has been given by Mr.Rahul who was on duty and call has been disconnected by him.whis is not fair towards the customer care .In view of the above you are therefore requested to please look in to the matter and try to sent new mobile in lieu of deffected price of 3.5"Android CELKON A 354C at earliest.
