I have written an email to central team on my credit note!! But still no response from central team!! Actually i have requested to add the credit note amount in my future pay account but he had not done that by mistakenly and also he said whenever i come he i can buy the product with that credit note.. This is very disappointing thing for me! Am a regular customer to central due to my personal (Maternity) condition i have not come to central to redeem my credit note now i want to use the same! Kindly consider..
