Central Mall Jayanagar Bangalore — people serve on the counter are not trustworthy | |||
I was into jp nagar central mall, bangalore on nov 2nd 2019 and bought a male t_shirt. Whille doing the payment unfortunately i missed to collect my debit card. And somehow i could not realise it untill 4th november. On 4th november i was in office suddenly i got a message to my mobile saying that you have spent some rs 1 on your debit card in central mall. I was surprised how come is it possible. Then i searched my purse and realised have missed to collect the card from the cash counter. While i called to customer care number mentioned in the bill. The behavior of that lady was not proper and some how i convinced her and gave her the details which will help her to find my card. She said she need sometime for that i agreed to her. But meanwhile i blocked my call as i said earlier some body was trying to use it in the central machine. And after 10mins i got a call from the customer care lady saying we have not received your card.. This is horrible and the ppl who serve the customer in the billing counter are not trust worthy.. If the card was not there then how i was getting the alert messages from my bank saying that your debit card is used in central. I was supposed to file a police complain. But before that i wanted to let central also know about the issue Was this information helpful? | |||
