Central Up Gas Ltd (Cugl) — Late payment

I m new customer of chhod and got first bill. On dated 7 august 2021. It is first invoice received to me. Than why you mention 800 late payment in bill.
Pl remove this and make a bill with awareness. I m trying complain no. And office dot number which is shown on invoice but ringing continue but no one pick the call..

Is this service ?

Make a new bill and send me as earlier on my mail id so that I could make a payment.
