Gas stove caught fire and broked due to the leakage of gas

Request ro remove gas junction box from front of my property/plot.

I, we have a property in good location of bareilly at mini bypass Izzatnagar Bareilly. Your contractor/engineer had planted a gas junction in front of my property without my/our consent/permission, which is blocking the planned design of my dream house. I, we had made a written complaint to your office but it seems your personnel is not taking it seriously and making us mentally ill.

Regarding the installment of gas pipe line in my house

Connection not started even after a month

Late payment

I m new customer of chhod and got first bill. On dated 7 august 2021. It is first invoice received to me. Than why you mention 800 late payment in bill.
Pl remove this and make a bill with awareness. I m trying complain no. And office dot number which is shown on invoice but ringing continue but no one pick the call..

Exorbitant Bill amount without usage

Address:Flat no S2, Leeladham Apartment, Anandpuri

Avg bill amount being approx 1800 rs for 2 months for past couple of months, while usage is not higher, even a few months there was no usage as being out of station for 3-4months, but erroneously higher bill amount kept being charged..

Please look into the same and rectify the bill amount basis usage only....

IMPROPER LINING AND HARRASMENT

We have applied for CUGL Connection and there contractors have done improper piping which leads to wastage of space and when complained they mis behaved.

Its my advice in advance to all future customers please take due care when piping is done at your place as at later stages they dont bother to listen.

In my case my connection is pending from last 3 months now...
