I am in receipt of latest invoice No.[protected] dated 25.11.2022 billing period Oct 22 to Nov 22. for Rs. 1345/-.

It is to inform you that the amount of Rs. 118/- as arrears plus Rs.25/- as Dom Int fm PNG BRL has wrongly been included...

My gas stove is broke down due to the leakage of the gas and gas stove caugh fire. Please take some needful step and compensate me for my gas stove otherwise i will take some legal action against CUGL....

I have applied for two new connections and given my cheque my cheque is clered too in October but no one is here till now i have complaint two time in naubasta office also but still not getting any positive response

I m new customer of chhod and got first bill. On dated 7 august 2021. It is first invoice received to me. Than why you mention 800 late payment in bill.

I am here to complain about the bill we recently received. The bill has been sent after an interval of six months and with arrears of Rs 300 although our bills are up-to-date...

Avg bill amount being approx 1800 rs for 2 months for past couple of months, while usage is not higher, even a few months there was no usage as being out of station for 3-4months, but erroneously higher bill amount kept being charged..

Please look into the same and rectify the bill amount basis usage only....

We have applied for CUGL Connection and there contractors have done improper piping which leads to wastage of space and when complained they mis behaved.

Its my advice in advance to all future customers please take due care when piping is done at your place as at later stages they dont bother to listen.

In my case my connection is pending from last 3 months now...
