Centre For Railway Information Systems — Wrong timing details provided by NTES, creating mishap | |||||
I was about to go Kolkata Station to pick my friend, who was coming from Patna from PNBE-KOL GaribRath (Train No-12360). Due to some technical problem my communication was not possible with the person i have visited to pick. I was relying on the information provided by NTES app which is powered by CRIS. Due to this wrong information provided by the NTES, a mishap happend. NTES app showed that Train reached its destination at 5:30 am but it actually arrived at 6:15 am. This mishap was only due to the wrong information provided by NTES. Appropriate action should be taken on this with fulfillment of my loss . Resolve and please provide correct timing, it troubles passenger when its shown wrong timing.
