payment debited but tickets not booking

I have booked the local season ticket using the uts application on my android phone.

The payment was done through upi and settled, the payment has proceeded but the payment aggregator paytm showed a server error and the application crashed.

On reloading the application the ticket has not been booked. Customer service is of no help at all, bluntly redirecting me from one department to another.

refund of unsuccessful transaction of season ticket in mumbai

My name is deepak modi. My mobile no. [protected]. I have tired 2 times to renew the season ticket from churchgate to bhayandar for first class for quarterly period from uts app.

However, rs. 5029.86 (Rs. 2514.93 + rs. 2514.93) was deducted from my credit card, but the season ticket was not booked and have not received any message or information thorugh uts.

Kindly look into the same and kindly refund the amount...

Wrong timing details provided by NTES, creating mishap
