I ordered my forex card through buyforex.com on[protected] which is also a centrum group, the next day[protected] i made my payment for aud$41500 (rs.2100000) through rtgs, and i got my card from centrum direct branch office, t. nagar, the branch manager mr. vincent who advised me not to take this online forex card as i cannot ask query directly to someone like branch office or i cannot reload my card hassle free and the rate of exchange in centrum is higher, so i decided to take this order online, it is a process when i purchase it from online buyforex will send my order status to branch office near my location to follow the other procedures since i dint take the advise of what mr. vincent gave me still my card isn't activated, buyforex is telling me that branch office is not responsive to our calls on this order. i need this to reach the centrum head office and to report this accordingly to take action against mr. vincent which should not happen in future Was this information helpful? |
