A tree is heavily resting on the connecting live wire of our house connection providing pole no.Lp 49/50/5/1 with its branches resulting in the hazards:
I) fluctuation in supply causing damage of numbers of electrical gadgets in the recent past;
Ii) since, the live line is following the approach road of our house, through which tens, if not hundreds of people pass throughout the day, eventuality of serious accident cannot be ruled out and life danger is imminent;
The matter was recorded with you vide the captioned docket and as a follow-up measure two representative from your end visited, inspected and interacted with us and ultimate assured us that they will submit their report and the redressal will be done at the earliest. After waiting reasonably, we contacted over phone mentioned on the obverse of the monthly bill and initially, we were told by a lady that there was no recorded complaint from our end. In reply, when we mentioned the captioned docket, we were advised to hold on and the line was transferred to a gentleman, who also initially denied about of any existing complaint but, when we narrated the earlier happenings as stated above, he immediately told us oh. Since it is a big tree we cannot redress it and snapped the line. But, after a few minutes he called me back and gave me a new docket no.[protected] dt. 26/05/2014 and enquired from me whether i can arrange for necessary labourer for cutting the tree and then he will arrange to disconect the line temporarily during the operation. In response, i said firstly the tree does not belong to me and secondly your company is making business of rs.11, 000/- approx. On monthly basis from our house and it should be yourprimary and sole responsibily to ensure uninterrupted/stable supply so that no damage to the gadgets or casualty to life happens. Then only, the gentleman assured me representative from your end will come and do the needful. But, till date nothing has happened and the situation has become more serious.
We, therefore, onceagain putting the matter on record with the hope of immediate appropriate action or otherwise we will have no other option but to lodge an fir and
Compensation claim if any further untoward incident takes place.
