CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — abnormally high electric bill for the month of May,2014

To The General Manager, Customer Relation, This is to inform you that my CESC electricity bill for the Month of May goes up to Rs 5550.00, and the consumed unit was 676, whereas unit consumed in April, 14 was 140 unit . I'm using same electric equipments for last 2 years, but suddenly the consumption went up in this month. Is it possible??? There must something wrong with the system.
