All compliances have been met, still my new meter connection is pending...
I waited the whole day 31 may when cesc men have committed to come, even after informing a day before that they are coming...I[censored] are not coming please see that we are informed by phone...
Please provide me another date for the new meter receival...
Please see that my work is done at the earliest...
