Sir, I, Ms.Geeta Roy, a resident of E-175, Baishnab Ghata Patuli Township, L.P-684/42, P.O-Panchasayar, KOLKATA-700 094 with consumer Id:[protected] and consumer number:[protected] has been shifted to another address due to illness.For past six months because of my absence I have not been able to use a single unit of electricity in the respective house.Till now obligated to the process of average billing I have paid all my due bills till August. I, hereby, appeal so that some steps are taken to stop the process of average billing in future.I hope my request will be given proper heed as soon as possible.Your early action will be appreciated in this regard.
