Dear Madam/Sir, I, Sri Manan Mondal, is a residence of 93/1 Dr Meghnad Saha Rd, Kolkata-74. My consumer no-[protected] & LP-139/3/3. Recently I have gathered that above meter connection against my name has been disconnrcted & changed to Mr Shounak Mandal's name. In this context pl note that neither I have given any consent in writing nor I have authorised any body to surrender my above mentioned meter connection. Pl let me know how my meter has been cancelled by you without my written consent? In view of above you must restore my above mentioned meter connection with consumer no-[protected] & LP-139/3/3 in favour of Mr Manan Mondal & intimate me in my e-mail ID([protected]@ntpc.co.in).
