I have made payment of October, 2014 bill by net banking (Uco Bank) on 24.11.14 Rs.6570.49 trans.ref.no. AUCO[protected] . But due to fault in system the payment has been made twice and the amt.Rs.6570.49 is debited to my bank a/c again.
