There was spark near Meter Box and a complaint was lodged on 25th March 2014 and it was promptly attended on 25th March Morning itself. The problem was solved. However, on 26th March at 11 AM somebody reported to be from CESC came although no fresh complaint was lodged. This man handled the meter and cable system. We have a feeling that this man is not an authorized person of CESC. Kindly check from your end and if necessary again send your workmen to check the current situation. ANITA GHOSH [protected].
