CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — electricity bill high from a year

I Ratan Sen consumer no.[protected].I have received Higher Amount of bills every month due to irregular reading of meter, more than of my uses and other causes and my doubt is that my meter not working proparly or someone using my electricity by thiefing because my consumption is not as much high as on bill.
