Sir,
My Electricity Bill (Customer Id - [protected], Bill No. [protected]) for the month of May-14 is beyond possible. The net payable amount of this bill is more than 10 times higher than the average net payable amount for the past 12 months.
The appliances and gadgets used by me cannot translate to a bill this high and I have never received such a high electricity bill since the time I got my electricity connection. I am more than confident that there is some problem with this month's billing and would also like to clearly mention that I cannot pay this amount.
You are requested to ensure that the problem with this month's billing is rectified at the earliest so that I can pay my bills before the due date, i.e 20.6.14.
