CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Excess Payment Made

I, Mrs Arati Sen Gupta- Consumer No - [protected], LP NO-93/1, had received one green bill (for the month of July 2015), where NOTICE OF DISCONNECTION served towards negligence shown for non-payment of electricity bill for the month of May 2015. To avoid further inconvenience I had paid Rs 3810.00(Electricity Bill for the Month of July 2015) on dtd 12th August 2015 to your 6, Mandeville Garden Branch. So far my knowledge concern as a responsible citizen I use to pay all my statutory obligations well within the time period. Please note that I had paid my electricity bill of Rs 2140.00 for the month of MAY 2015 on dtd 19.6.2015 which is also appearing rear side of the bill raised for the month of June 2015(Paid on 17th July 2015). A similar case also noticed by me during checking my present & previous bills that same type of NOTICE OF DISCONNECTION was served during the month of March 2014 by warning me for negligence shown towards non-payment of electricity bill for the month of February 2014 of Rs 991.63. But for your information I would like to write that an amount of Rs 980 (net payment) was made on dtd 17th March 2014(Due date was 19th March 2014).
