Dear Sir, Ref.: Consumer No. [protected] Consumer Type: Domestic I, Dr. Souvendra Nath Sarkar, a bonafide client of your company, wish to bring to your kind notice that the amount of the electricity bill (Rs. 700/-) for the month of November 2014 is excessively high. Neither I am not staying in the flat as I am working in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, nor I have rented it. And the flat remains under lock and key. Therefore, there is no question of more consumption of electricity. Accordingly, the minimum rental charge should have been the electricity bill for the said month.
