Dear Customer Care, I want to inform you that I have faced a failed transaction during the payment of my electric bill (consumer no [protected]) for September 2014 at 12:28 AM on 12th November, 2014.. The amount Rs 1754.49/- is deducted from my allahabad bank account (A/C no. [protected]). with bank transaction id[protected]. Please do needful so that amount of failed transaction can be refunded.
