CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Meter is not reading correctly for consumer # [protected]

This complaint is for Consumer # [protected]. The meter for this consumer number is not giving correct reading as a result of which the bill amount is coming huge every month. We have complained several times and every time the people from company comes and says they will repair the meter board but they never appear after that. We are from middle class family and are unable to pay such huge wrong amount every month. Please kindly do needful to repair the meter for this consumer id urgently.
