Dear Sir, Today i.e., on 02.02.2015, I have paid the amount of my Electrict Bill(CESC) of December, 2014 for Rs.703.00 through on-line by my SBI Credit Card. The said amount has already been debited to my account but I did not receive any transaction No. and acknowledgement receipt for the same from you. MY CONSUMER NO.-[protected] BILL FOR:-DECEMBER, 2014 AMOUNT OF BILL PAID:-Rs.703.00 DATE OF PAYMENT:-02.02.2015 BILL NO.:-[protected]. MODE OF PAYMENT :-THROUGH YOUR WEB SITE BY SBI CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL AS PER MY BANK'S MESSAGE. Please send me the acknowledgement receipt through my e-mail ID:[protected]@yahoo.co.in as early as possible.
