My wife had applied for change the name of the electricity supply in respect of Consumer No. [protected]. As requested she had already submitted relevant documents and requisite fees towards the security deposit with the Howrah office. Upon submission of the documents she had received a SMS requesting to deposit the security deposit. The context of the SMS is set out hereunder: "PLEASE ARRANGE TO SETTLE THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AMOUNT TO ENABLE US TO EFFECT THE CHANGE IN NAME AGAINST CONSUMER NUMBER[protected]. THE BILL HAS BEEN SENT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. YOU MAY ALSO DOWNLOAD THE SAME FROM OUR WEBSITE". But surprisingly no email has yet been delivered to this email ID "[protected]@gmail.com. You are requested to take immediate steps to deliver the bill in my email ID. I SHALL BE OBLIGED IF THE PROBLEM IS SOUGHTED OUT ASAP.
