To The Sr Commercial Executive NSRO Kamarhati, Kolkata Sub - nonrefund of sd refund of rs 546.51 in c/w customer id no [protected] (since my deceased father) Sir kindly refer to your office docket no 115722 dt 5/2/15. After receipt of cheque of yes bank of the aforesaid amount in the name of my deceased father S K BASU as per your direction I have deposited the original cheque together with all documents so that the cheque is issued in my name as the successor. But two months have passed and i have not yet received any response from your end.
