Kindly refer Bill of 2/15 and note that while making payment on line the 1st payment showed error although the money was debited from my account. Hence a 2nd payment was made successfully. Now after 2 days i find from my mail that my 1st payment was also .successful. Followings are two (2) transaction ID. 1st Transaction Detail : Consumer no.
