[Resolved]  CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Persistent Low Voltage Problem in Our Locality

I, the resident of 16B/1 Flat No. 4A, Padmababu Road, Bally, Howrah, West Bengal have been facing low voltage problem for last one year. The problem persists even after repeated calls to CESC who deigns to send their mechanics only to assure that either everything is OK with the voltage or things being looked into. As a resu;t of this voltage problem, most of my electrical appliances like my microwave or AC stands in perpetual dysfunction. I have learned that not just me but the entire neighbourhood of my locality is harassed by the same problem. I look forward to your kind intervention to find a proper redress without delay.
