Sir, My self is the owner of a Flat out of seven flats at the apartment. The Flat is connected by CESC power line since 1991. Now, in between 1991 to 2014 neither any cleaning or checking of power cables done by us or the CESC. Now, we are facing some earthing problem in some flats, contacted local Mistry, who are in opinion that arrangement should be done for re-arrange the power connections to the Meters with proper checking.
