[Resolved] CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Reading for Consumer No. [protected] not taken & bill raised with Zero Consumption | |||
In spite of taking reading of all other meters for December-2014 installed side by side in Premises No. 6A, Gopal Banerjee Street, Kolkata-700025, reading against the above Consumer No. has not been taken for December, 2014 which to the best of my knowledge is a negligence on the part of your Meter Reading person. This will result in higher payment on the basis of Two Months consumption when the Bill for January-2015 will be raised, which I strongly object. Please ensure that this does not occur in future.
