[Resolved]  CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Regarding non receipt of Payment receipt as against on line bill payment for the month of Oct 2014

My Consumer No [protected]. On 17.11.2014, I have paid On line Electricity Bill Payment of Rs 508.00 for the month of Oct'2014 through my Axis Bank Debit Card. But unfortunate to note that, I have not received any payment receipt from online system of CESC, although the said amount allready debited from my account. Yesterday I have contacted CESC Customer Care and informed the undersigned that, it will take 48 hours to genearte the receipt, without giving any specific reason. Further, while in attempt to pay for 2nd time, the CESC web portal is allowing the system for payment. Such gross negligencies from the CESC part is never expected. Requested for immediate Payment Receipt. Regards, Dibyendu Bikash Dandapat
