Dear Sir,
This is with regard to your letter bearing Ref No-03/08061/14 dated 27/05/2014.
It appears that your inspector has visited our premises within the scheduled timing(9AM to 1PM).But we are completely at dark.I have got this information from security Guard only.I have got some queries and for this I wanted to speak to inspector. I have been waiting for him since morning at our top floor(3rd floor) flat.But I have not been called or intimated.I am really surprised to see the way your people are working.

I am very eager to know about my existing Meter capacity and all vis a vis Additional load.

I want to see the inspection report with regard to my Meter.

Please resolve the issue immediately.
