Dear Sir, With due benignity request I beg to lay down the following facts towards the upcoming of huge elecy.bill every month around Rs.1000/- for one year which is impossible to bear by me. Sir, It was firslty around Rs.300/- p.m. but for one year it has increased huge which I have informed you earlier by making complaint. Sir, I am middle class family and my family income is very low and our family has to struggle for making the elecy.payment every month. I therefore request you to please give us reasonalbe amount as per our fixed consumption which is same from earlier. Sir, please revise the bill in less amount which will be bearable to me at time.
