Sub: Extremely Excess in Monthly Billing
With reference to above consumer no. Please note that the said electric meter[protected] which being used for domestic purpose only. We are using same appliance of daily purpose since last two years.
Accordingly my electric bills earlier used to be between Rs.380 to Rs.700 only, but from last few months i.e.for March’14 onwards the bill have shot up to Rs.1310 to Rs.3700 which was more than double and triple in bill amount from the previous bills which is beyond my understanding.
In Event as mentioned above, would request you to look into the matter at the earliest and
1) Arrange to send some one to check the Meter[protected] and change if required,
2) Reissue the fresh bills and adjust the excess amount which was paid earlier.
Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
