Re: Unacceptable Electricity Bills against Consumer Number: [protected] of Kankana Ghosh
With due respect I like to apprise you of the fact that the bills which I received in month of April 2014, May 2014 & June 2014 against my monthly consumption, were higher than usual. I have already checked my regular consumption in my house and have not found any problem regarding that. I tried to communicate with your NRO verbally, but they were not able to give satisfactory answers to my queries.
Therefore I request you most earnestly to look into the matter deeply and adjust amount if any discrepancy was found on your part. I would also like to remind you that my Meter (No. : 2835550) is too old and not a digital one. So if you think that the meter is required to be inspected, please make necessary arrangements for that. If you can change my old meter with a new one, I think this problem might have a solution, so that I will not be charged with such a heavy amount on a regular basis anymore.
Please feel free to call me at [protected] for any support or availability prior to visit to my place for any inspection.
Hope you will comply with my request and take necessary action in this regard. Your early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.
