My meter number is 5034773..My meter was installed in a wrong place by the engineer who came to install..Now its been 2 months still it is in the same place and those person's are saying that they could only relocate after the issuance of the first bill..The bill is not coming also..I am not being able to shift to the house because of your misconduct..Kindly fix it as soon as possible.You are doing monopoly business in west bengal, but you are not supposed to harras people like that..
