I had raised two complaints to cesc regarding high bill (Docket[protected] and meter related (Docket[protected]. I had only got a reply that a representative will visit my house to check the meter. Till date i haven't received any communication regarding the complaints. And moreover upon checking, i found that they did not take the reading in the month of june and sent us an exorbitant reading for the month of july. My cust id is [protected].

Received a bill of Rs. 1210 for only 95 units consumed for September 2019! Can you explain what pathetic calculation has been done for stealing the money from consumers??
