I applied for a change of name on the occasion of succession due to the death of consumer satendranath sen. Application no 89590218. The application was submitted along with annexure a3. As no action is taken for the last 10 yrs, therefore, an attempt has been made to complete the transfer procedure online but your system is an application pending. Kindly advise how to proceed further. We are ready to fill up the annexure a3 with relevant supporting documents online if needed. I annexed an electricity bill for ready reference.
