My earlier application dt.17.01.2013. Sir, I am to say that, the following amounts were deposited in fixed deposits scheme during 1999 in CEAT Financial Company and the fixed deposits were matured for payment during 2000. 1. FDR No. C[protected], Principal Amount : Rs.11, 497/- in favour of Smt. Swarnakhi Panigrahi. 2. FDR No. C[protected], Principal Amount : Rs.22, 994/- in favour of Smt. Swarnakhi Panigrahi. 3. FDR No. Q[protected], Principal Amount : Rs.10, 000/- in favour of Smt. Swarnakhi Panigrahi. 4. FDR No. Q[protected], Principal Amount : Rs.20, 000/- in favour of Smt. Swarnakhi Panigrahi. 5. FDR No. C[protected], Principal Amount : Rs.13, 408/- in favour of Smt. Swarnakhi Panigrahi. 6. FDR No. C[protected], Principal Amount : Rs.22, 994/- in favour of Sri Ramanuja Panigrahi. It is to say that, the undersigned with a bonafide belief deposited the aforesaid amount in your erstwhile CEAT Financial Company to get more interest. But, it is a matter of regret that, after lapses of 12 years, I have received only principal amount of the aforesaid FDRs expect less amount Rs.985/- in FDR No. C[protected], Principal Amount: Rs.13, 408/- in favour of Smt. Swarnakhi Panigrahi (Sl. No.5). P.T.O. // 2 // A detailed statement showing the repayment from 2001 to 2012 is attached for reference. You are therefore requested to verify the amounts paid in respect of FDR No. C[protected], against outstanding principal amount of Rs.13, 408/- and please arrange to furnish necessary repayment cheque of balance amount of Rs.985/- at the earliest. I further to request you to inform the undersigned whether CFL Capital Financial Services Ltd is going to pay interest on the principal maturity amount of the aforesaid FDRs within 15 days, otherwise, for the period from 2000 to 2012 in favour of the FDR holders, otherwise, the undersigned may be compelled to seek justice from the Court of Law.
