Chanakya Ias Academy — Fee refund issue

I joined chanakya institute in August 2021 for 1 year and after the completion of 5 months I couldn't continue further for the remaining year and I had also not taken the whole classes due to my family issues and I have paid 1, 57, 000 to the institution but due to some family problems I couldn't continue with institution so I request the management to refund my excess money. I talked to counselor regarding this but they said.. we do not refund fee in any condition... please help me regarding this
