I have ordered a anniversary gift through this site. Online payment has been done. After that there is no response from them. Given number in the website is invalid. Unable to contact over phone. Raised ticket several times but no response. I have cancelled the order at 4 pm. But received call at 7 to get the order. I said i have cancelled the order refund my money the person replied indecently.
