I ordered a bouquet for which payment has been processed but product is not delivered yet..I got mail about payment confirmation also now this people are not answering calls or responding to text...

I have ordered a anniversary gift through this site. Online payment has been done. After that there is no response from them. Given number in the website is invalid. Unable to contact over phone. Raised ticket several times but no response. I have cancelled the order at 4 pm. But received call at 7 to get the order. I said i have cancelled the order refund my money the person replied indecently....

I ordered a black forest cake and they gave a white forest cake of quality less than a platform shop.
And then i ordered cadbury celebration pack, but i got two 10rs worth diary milk and two 5rs worth perk. When i checked with the delivery guy he says that they did not have celebrations pack with them. So if they dont have what we order, it is not that they can give...

I HAD ORERED A GIFT THROUGH "CHENNAIONLINEFLORIST" , WHICH THEY HAVE SAID WILL BE DELIVERED ON SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY. ITS BEEN 4 DAYS NOW AND WHEN I CALL THEM , THEY SAY IT WILL REACH THROUGH COURIER IN 2-3 WORKING DAYS. ITS NOT GOOD TO CHEAT PEOPLE BY PROVIDING FALSE INFO IN WEBSITE (i.e chennaionlineflorist.com) .
THEY SAY IT HAS TO COME FROM KOLKATA ...THEN Y DO THEY SAY THE GIFT WILL REACH ON SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY.br...
