Chetan — Not received my ticket

I have booked 5 tickets for movie "Gabber back" on 2 Nd May 2015 around 2.48 PM for 9.40 pm show for the same date at Come police Pune through Hdfc credit card, after completion of transaction I didn't received any ticket confirmation on my mail and phone. When i checked my bank statement, amount of rs 1390.45was deducted and i didnt get my tickets .Plz sove my problem asap. Got message from HDFC Rs.1390.45 was spent on ur HDFCBank CREDIT Card ending 7746 on[protected]:14:48:10 at BOOKMYSHOW-BILLDESK.
