Hi, this is kishore having chevrolet sail sedan car purchased in the year 2013. My car number ap37bs1561. Suddenly the car has got a complaint regarding the slow pick up and heating problem. I drove the vehicle to the show room with much difficulty with the help of the towing vehicle. After visiting the show room i was very shocked to see the in experienced technicians who dont even know to check the complaint properly. The customer service manager (Kishore) was not at all polite with the customers. They were very harsh and talking with very roughly with the customers. The laptop in the showroom was not working from one month which was used to diagnose the problem. The service manager has lied to me that it was working today and we are diagnosing the problem. But the technicians who were working on the vehicle told that the laptop is not yet working and we have n't diagnosed the problem. I have given them the vehicle last week and still they are not able to diagnose the problem of the car. This is very disgusting and worst experience with chevrolet. We are really ashamed to purchase this company vehicle.
Shame on you chevrolet. Really shame on you.
