[Resolved]  Chevrolet — Blocking the sim as i lost my mobile

Hi, this is Ankit kumar and i lost my mobile today 7/03/1017 with the number [protected] and [protected] while travelling.. I have contacted the customer care but as i have taken the sim long back and staying in the rented house so forgot the actual address.. Can you please help me to block the number.
It was a dual sim phone..
The first is tata docomo:

The other sim is aircel:

Please help me out to block these numbers.
