[Resolved]  Chipkart.com — Refund Issue

Dear Concern, It is unfortunate that chipkart.com online shopping service providers are very reluctant to refund the paid amount for an order against Nokia C2-01. Reference Order No#8620. Order placed : 8th November, 2013 Full amount paid through NEFT : 21st November, 2013 Bill amount : Rs.3850 Until this moment ( 4th February, 2014 ) 4 months passed and there is no single update from the admin nor the team. Every time I have to chase them up for an update and they just cut the call saying "Thank you for contacting Chipkart.com " Request you to take immediate action against the site and revert their license to operate in India. Also, please help to obtain the paid amount refund. Thanks&Regards Rajiv
