Sir,
Sub:- Consumer No 17966 in name of Asim Kumar Mukherjee distributor name Chirantani Gas Agency, having LPGID:[protected].
It is matter of regret that, I am customer of your Gas Service since long but today I faced very bad experience regarding your service.
On 29.1.2017 I have booked my Gas through my Mobile having Refill order No : 427119 and as per your mobile massage I have also received msg. on 30.1.2017 at 5.32 pm – your “Cash memo no. [protected] of Rs.606/- is generated delivered shortly”, on 31.1.2017 at 3Pm Gas delivery man came at our Gali – I personally asked to delivery man regarding my Gas booking – he completely denied and told no gas is issued to your name.
Due to Swaraswati Puja – the distributor office is closed and today morning I received a telephone msg. that – “ur refill booking no. 427119 stands cancelled, Reason – Door Closed”, immediately I talk with our agency personnel Mr. Bikashda – and he confirmed that and said “don’t worry, your gas will be delivered today”. I received our Gas today but the amount is Rs. 672/- + to carry 2nd floor extra Rs.13/- at 3Pm . My wife paid Rs.685/- to the delivery man for the Gas.
It is my question that why my previous cash memo of Rs.606/- is not generated to me? Why you should not take action such false statement “Door Closed” made by “Prabhakar”(Delivery Man), and sale my Gas others in black?
