Dear sir/madam,
I stay in nanded city, sinhgad road. There is your one distributor mr. Amol pokale from dhayari who had given contract to mr. Shankar katurde (Deepti enterprises) to supply milk in nc. Since last two three weeks it has been observed that once milk is boiled, cooled and covered kept in fridge as usual i found big ice crystals formed in milk below the layer of cream. Which is very strange. For the first time in my life i saw such ice crystals in milk and that to chitale milk??? Kindly look int the matter asap as i doubt the milk is getting adulterated somewhere. As vendor is delaying in delivering milk by nearly 2-3 hours than usual. This kind of practice is tarnishing brand name. Hope you will consider my request and look into this.
