[Resolved] Chitra Gas Agency — Supply of gas not yet received and status shows Delivered gas

Booking No ref 215553 dated 03.11.2015 at 11.13 am Name .RAVI PRAKASH GUPTA R/o W-41, SECTOR-12 Noida My Chitra Gas Connection No: 11093 SUPPLY OF GAS NOT YET RECEIVED. But SMS message has come on 05.11.2015 at 5.00 pm that Cylinder was delivered on 05.11.2015 through CASH Memo no. 215845 and subsidy is credited in my account . I don’t understand. I have not received Gas Cylinder nor had I signed any Receipt voucher. How it can be possible ??? Please look this matter on urgent basis and take necessary action of that person immediately. regards Ravi [protected]

we have received the gas.the problem is resolved. but please instruct to chitra gas agency, the problem is not facing in future again

From the past 5-6 months, whenever we book cylinder from chitra gas agency, the delivery man named "Pyare Lal" always give 5-6 late delivery and gives us 3-4 kg gas less every month. Everytime we get sms of gas delivery and this delivery guy delivers the cylinder 4-5 days late after receiving the delivery message.
