My consumer number is 58896. They donot deliver the cylinder at home and ask to come and take the cylinder. If sometimes we go a day late, they cancel the booking their own. On top, they charge rs 20 - 30 per customer even when we go to collect the gas own. Brahmpal and his son threat to customer in case the money is not paid...

Booking No ref 215553 dated 03.11.2015 at 11.13 am Name .RAVI PRAKASH GUPTA R/o W-41, SECTOR-12 Noida My Chitra Gas Connection No: 11093 SUPPLY OF GAS NOT YET RECEIVED. But SMS message has come on 05.11.2015 at 5.00 pm that Cylinder was delivered on 05.11.2015 through CASH Memo no. 215845 and subsidy is credited in my account . I don’t understand. I have not received Gas Cylinder nor had I signed any Receipt voucher. How it can be possible...

I use Bharat gas. My gas agency is Chitra Gas agency ,Noida. After booking for a cylinder I have to keep waiting for days together.I booked a cylinder on 2, apr, 2012. I got a message on 6 apr 2012 that your cylinder (against booking[protected] has been delivered on 4 apr 2012. Whereas inspite of calling the agency in the regard cylinder has not been delivered until today(12 apr 2012)....
