I ordered Cinnamon crunch toast cereal for total Rs. 599 on 21-may-2023. I received the order email, however the courier tracking number does not show any data. The Customer support email and phone numbers are fake and no response from them. The ordered item status never changes and product not delivered.

Similar experience here. I ordered Hershey's Nuggets assorted 440g pack. Paid total Rs.700, which includes Rs.150 for shipping. Got mail saying item is shipped with Xpressbees courier. However the given AWB number is not a valid one. No response to my emails.
