I ordered 5 packs of Lindt chocolate from this company on December 12, 2022 and never received the items. On December 13, I received a shipment notification but the tracking number reported back with no data found. I replied to the email, to which I never received a response. I emailed two different emails: [protected]@chocotown.in and [protected]@gmail.com.
The support email bounced back and the phone number on their website isn't a working number. There is no way to connect with them. I never received my items. I need a refund for this order.
